Yes. The 4 legged friends that you see around the store are named Tahoe and Boulder and they belong to the store owners Erica and Terry Murray.

Do you sell fishing and hunting licenses?

Yes. For your convenience you are able to purchase fishing and gaming licenses within the Old Forge Hardware.

 

Is the current building the original building?

No. On May 10th, 1922 a disastrous fire spread to The Old Forge Hardware and Furnishings Store destroying it. For pictures of the original building visit History.

What days during the year does the store close?

There are only 4 days a year that the store is closed: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. Through the convenience of  this website enjoy shopping The Old Forge Hardware that never closes!

When did the Old Forge Hardware store first open?
